with interests / skills in the areas listed below. If you have an interest in helping LeClaire become the best RAGBRAI ending town ever, then please fill out this

We thank you for your interest to assist us in hosting RAGBRAI 2008 to
LeClaire.
Below you will see several committees that need volunteers.

areas that interest you. We will contact you soon with

Hospitality: Greet riders, sell T-shirts, place and remove signs, etc. |
|
Information Center: Answer questions about the days activities, pass out maps |
|
Vendors: Help food vendors find their assigned spots, make sure only approved vendors are setup. |
|
Beverage Garden: Sell tickets, serve beverages, check ID’s for age-restricted
areas, etc. |
|
Campground: Help riders find their assigned camping area, etc. |
|
Shuttle Service: Take money, hand stamp paid riders, ride on buses to be tour- guides. Etc. |
|
Entertainment: Assist with crowd control, assist with entertainment needs, etc. |
|
Housing: Assist with matching RAGBRAI riders with people from our community who open up their homes for overnight accommodations. |
|
Medical: Assist at the first aid station. |
|
Parking: Assist with parking nearly 700 cars of the riders that will attend the
event. |
|
Communications: Assist with command center on the day of the event. |
|
Electrical: Need electricians to assist with setting up electrical needs for vendors and entertainment. |
|
Event Administration: Assistance with planning the event. Could use assistance with budget, volunteer coordination, vendor recruitment, sponsorship etc. |
