NOW is the time to show off our beautiful LeClaire and the newly renovated downtown. Make it GREAT in 2008! This is the year to show off all the hard work of those that covet this community and has made it the best it has ever been. Get ready to show it off to all those that want to see it! Over 20,000 visitors are eager to see what LeClaire has to offer- let’s make sure we do it right and welcome the riders, families, and friends so they will come back to visit us time and time again.
CLEAN UP… do your part to make sure your property is looking its best for the 20,000 visitors coming to see what LeClaire has to offer! Get your neighbors involved to help clean each other’s yards to get them ready for company.
PAINT UP… have a front porch that has needed new paint for a long time? Now is the time to get up, paint up and have it looking brand new to show off how wonderfully kept LeClaire can be! Work together and make all OLD look NEW again!
FLY THE FLAG… Over 200 US Air Force, Army, and Coast Guard officers will be riding in formation into LeClaire on July 26, 2008. Show our patriotism and support by flying the American Flag on every porch and home to welcome the riders!
GET CREATIVE… Plant flowers, make your own welcome signs, get a party started in your front yard and welcome RAGBRAI as enthusiastically as possible! WE NEED YOUR HELP!
